CARRYMED is holder of an Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (WDA) and needs to adhere to the same strict regulations as manufacturers themselves. We are subject to regular audits by the Ministry of Health and legally liable for our subcontractors.
The WDA further entails a GDP License and verifies full compliance to the Good Distribution Practice as defined in the directives 2001/83/EC and 2001/82/EC, ensuring that;
Pharmaceuticals are always transported and stored under the right conditions
Contamination, theft or tampering is prevented.
Recalls and complaints can be effectively managed
Only authorized pharmaceuticals enter into the distribution network
